About Us

Owner Theo Congdon holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from SUNY Purchase and a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University. He provides his clients with the rare combination of an artist's eye and over 30 years of practical experience in all aspects of site work, masonry, landscaping, horticulture and the building trades. Theo has been trained in erosion control practices and is certified by Maine DEP to work within the shoreland zone.

Our company is named for our 20-acre nursery, where we have begun to grow unique varieties of high-quality plant material for use on our jobs.
